I paid for the plants and they haven't been delivers to me yet. It's very hard to even find the seller.
I love this plant. Exactly what I wanted.
The bamboo I ordered arrived frozen. It was a solid block of ice from halfway down the bamboo and the entire root system. I tried calling and the call was "forwarded and then I was hung up on. Never spoke to a person except to get forwarded. So, I called again, three more times over a week and the phone was never answered. So, I e-mailed. And, you guessed it, no reply.. It was a waste of money and a disappointing experience.
I received the stalks and the solution to keep the roots alive leaked causing the leaves to fall off. I was told they would grow back but not the stalks all turned mushy and have rotted. None of them made it.
The item caked mushy and wet. All the leafs were wet. It's been a few days now and i am now trying to save the plant because it's basically rotting I think because of the water the entire plant was exposed to when shipped.
They were perfect foe cache pots for my orchids. They are encouraging root growth. I also do not have a water drips on my furniture because they have no drain holes and are also light weight.
I love it. The leafs are a bit mushed and im not sure if they’ll make it but its a beautiful bamboo and i think its gonna be alright it just needs some love.
Long journey across the continent in winter condition, could have wrapped it in additional thermos protection, greens were all sad looking, wilted. we'll see if they can be nursed back to normal, soon. Otherwise, pleased with the purchase.
Not in Winter. This is my second order from this place. Both frozen and ruined. No reimbursement made to me. New York is cold and it is not packed for it. Reaches here and it is damaged.

These are awesome and a great value! It would be amazing if they came in sets with matching inserts, but easy enough to find separately. Great value.
Shipped Jan 5, arrived Jan 12, 2026. Some stems were turning yellow, was hoping they would recover. After following instructions by placing them in distilled water as per enclosed instructions, by Jan 17 stems are basically all yellow and did not survive shipping?
Disappointed after purchasing.
Messaged seller on Jan 17, 2026 with pictures of yellowing stems and resolution but have not received a response.

Beautiful bamboo stalks arrived perfect in well packaged box. I was worried with Michigan 20 degree temps in January but would never know! Will definitely purchase more soon!

This item im sure would have been perfect, but it arrived broken! I know its probably the shipping company's fault but, I truly hope the Elephant will be replaced.
Received the plant and ceramic vase but no rocks for the plant. Not as expected. In order to put this plant to the vase, I had to purchase small rocks separately.
