This item im sure would have been perfect, but it arrived broken! I know its probably the shipping company's fault but, I truly hope the Elephant will be replaced.
Received the plant and ceramic vase but no rocks for the plant. Not as expected. In order to put this plant to the vase, I had to purchase small rocks separately.

Bought as work presents and very pleased with the experience.
The 18" spiral and straight arrangements lucky bamboo were very healthy also they were properly packed for this extremely cold weather. They are gorgeous looking. Excellent choices see attached pictures.

I placed 9 orders and the seller was very communicative to keep me updated.
Upon unpacking there was a noticeable stench. I rinsed the roots before putting the stalks in their vase but the smell remained. That evening I ran the dishwasher and the next day the smell was gone so evidently requires a lot of water be run through the sink to get the shipping water flushed. Other than that, the stalks are lovely and I'm glad I purchased.
Thought bamboo would come already planted. Needed to get soil and a little larger pot.

Unfortunately, 2 of the Lotus were broken. See attached pictures. Also, I sent a picture on the day of delivery, and no one has contacted me as of this review for replacement of the Lotus bamboos. bab

It was frozen when it arrived. Looked like frost bite cabbage. Not fault of shop. Probably happened by where it was left by shipping along the way. I have a photo of it upon arrival.
My Lucky Bamboo arrived in WELL PROTECTED PACKAGING, a HEALTHY green color and just BEAUTIFUL ! Houseplants New York has never failed to deliver healthy plants in especially well protected packaging.
