I ordered three bamboo plants with vases. Seller recommends placing plants in stones and water. They arrived in great shape (see picture). Shipping took over a week. Also, I didn't receive enough stones to fill the three plants I ordered. I messaged the store about the stones but haven't heard back.

Unfortunately both plants looked like they had been frozen in the delivery. Both arrived Wilting and an odd color, despite having enough moisture in the bag. Love the pots and the care everything had been wrapped and sent to me. Just wish they didn't get so cold on route.
Came packaged well. The bamboo stems looked really nice and healthy.
I have ordered several plants from this seller and all of them arrived in excellent condition.
