PLACEMENT: Great in containers with rocks and water.
EXPOSURE: Filtered or indirect sun.
SOIL: Not Needed, Only water.
WATER: Should always sit in water.
FERTILIZE: Fertilize monthly with a dilute liquid product.
SHIPPING:
All our products ship in custom designed and manufactured shipping boxes to minimize disturbing the Bamboo.
Ships with water gels to keep plants hydrated.
We ship all plants with warming packets when shipped in cold climate, and packed to avoid as much movement as possible.
RETURNS:
We take pride in our products, and only source and ship best quality items, but, if your not 100% satisfied contact us for a replacement item, or return.

Plants look healthy. I have purchased from seller previously.
Replacement order arrived dead as did the original order. Might want to review shipping methods in cold weather...very disappointed!!
The plant is as pictured and healthy. I am a little concerned that the stems are a bit yellow but I'm hoping that goes away with care. Unfortunately, though it was carefully packaged, it wasn't as insulated as it could have been for 10 degree weather. I didn't see a heat pack and it slipped my mind to add one, so this is my bad. Very nice plant. I hope I can keep it healthy.
These three (3) Lotus Stalks are beautiful. It arrived well and nicely packaged. I placed them in a crystal vase for them to get adjusted to my home.
