I purchased some lotus bamboo plants from the seller during winter, few days after receiving the plants, some were dying due to the weather , but seller sent me some replacement without me asking. Another occasion, seller attached some regular bamboo plants to appreciate me as a return customer when I received a plant related to bamboo plants
