My plant was packaged securely and only had about 3 fallen leaves when I received it. The plastic pot that my plant was in was slightly dented (most definitely during transit) so I swapped it for a different one & the white cover pot fit perfectly.

They were overall very healthy and were well packaged for the journey. Roots were very established and still wet. Three had their leafy tops snapped during shipping so I hope they end up surviving - something to cushion their tops during shipping would be ideal for the future.

When I took the plant out of the box it was cold and many of the roots were unattached. After one day a big leaf came off. I tried to baby the plant but it still didn't make it.
