The lucky bamboo arrived in a timely manner and is gorgeous, just wish I'd ordered more. Nicely packaged, the roots had a "gel ball" mixture that held in the moisture. Only thing I had a problem with was, when I got emails that the orderhad been shipped and could be tracked, it came up as "can't find that order or tracking number", or words to that effect. Otherwise, great purchase, and I would recommend to others.

They were overall very healthy and were well packaged for the journey. Roots were very established and still wet. Three had their leafy tops snapped during shipping so I hope they end up surviving - something to cushion their tops during shipping would be ideal for the future.
