Bamboo plants were packaged well and arrived quickly. There was an issue with one of the plants. The company owner was responsive and remedied the issue promptly. I recommend this vendor and would order from them again. Their prices are also better than other vendors selling the same product.

The tips of the bamboo shoots were broken . Three pieces were broken off. Package was left out in the hot sun.
