Bamboo was wrapped carefully and the xtra water beads and warm pack helped it to arrive looking so healthy!! Highly recommend from a very pleased customer.
I paid for 10, 6" stems of Lucky Bamboo and got beautiful, vivid green 7" stems! Some have 2 sets of lush leaves! It is winter here and I worried, but they came with clear fertilizer pellets, were plastic wrapped at the base, and with paper rolled perfectly so leaves weren't crimpled. Great packaging! Arrived on time. 4* is because I only received 9: maybe because these are bigger? 1 stem is quite yellowed, maybe from the cold, so might end up with 8 gorgeous bamboo. (I had previously ordered elsewhere: the packaging couldn't compare, the plants weren't as full, some leaves were badly crumpled, 2 whole leaf parts were off, and I only got 5 of 10 ordered. Maybe it's hard to count these?) Anyway, although I wanted 10 healthy plants, I assume all 9 were when they left NY. I REALLY appreciate the great quality and care!
